[UPDATED JULY 22, 2022]
Interfaith Gathering On the Move!
Our first interfaith gathering since the pandemic was a fun success! We socialized and noshed, of course! We got to know each other a little better and exchanged ideas for future activities.
Everyone was on board to commit to attending one Friday night Shabbat service a month, with an extended oneg allowing us to socialize! That service will be the first Friday of the month. Please join us!
We like the ideas of meeting in a restaurant (private room, conducive for talking), volunteering at a food bank, and taking a day trip. We also created some questions for the Rabbi for future discussion.
Generally, what evolved was an expression of interest to move forward together, enriching our relationships within Temple David, and our surrounding community, socialization, friendship, and venturing out for some fun.
If you were unable to join us in June, please know you can join the momentum anytime to become a part of our adventure!
Call me or email me anytime with questions, ideas, or just to chat!
