Sisterhood Update
Thank you very much to our outgoing Sisterhood President, Robin Sloan! She has led with creativity and compassion, especially through the challenges of the last few years.
Thank you also to our Sisterhood Officers who will be continuing in their roles:

We don’t currently have a new Sisterhood President, so I’m starting an initiative to help us continue to provide programs for our members. Women of Temple David, if you have an idea for a program and are willing to coordinate it, please contact me. I can work with you to schedule it and get the word out to potential participants.
Some ideas for programs include guest speakers, holiday gatherings, fundraisers, restaurant ladies’ nights out, and anything else you can think of that will enrich the lives and nurture the friendships of our Sisterhood women. If enough of you could coordinate just one program for us, together we can keep our Sisterhood going strong!

Mah Jongg
Tuesdays; 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Join us with your 2022 card, $5.00 in coin to play and $1.00 for the pushke.
We will meet in the social hall or conference room, whichever is available. You may bring your own food and/or drink but will have to clean up after yourself and take all trash with you. Janitorial services may not be available.

Also, if you’d to learn to play, please contact Marcine to work out a teaching schedule.
Since Mah Jongg is a recurring program, it is reserved for Temple David Sisterhood members and those who are considering Temple David and Sisterhood Membership.
For those affiliated with another synagogue, Associate Memberships are available.

Join this exciting organization that has something for everyone. Temple David Sisterhood has members of all ages working towards the common goal of supporting our temple and the community. Sisterhood has many opportunities whether you choose to serve on the board, volunteer for a special event, or attend one of our wonderful activities. All women of Temple David are eligible for membership, and the rewards of being part of Sisterhood are immeasurable! We encourage you to get involved with these amazing and dedicated women who are truly like “sisters!”
