Volunteer Opportunities at Temple David
Volunteers are the backbone of our Congregation. Temple David has always heavily depended on the spirit of volunteerism. There are many ways to donate your time to your Congregation. New faces are always welcome.
We would love to learn more about you, and how you can use your own personal talents to help with our programming and committees. There are abundant opportunities available for everyone. Volunteers serve on the Board. Volunteers work on Social Action projects. Volunteers help during services or the High Holidays. Volunteers plan and organize social events including the Purim and Chanukah parties as well as Shabbat dinners. Volunteers work on our many committees. Volunteers sing in the adult and youth choirs.
There is always an opportunity to get involved! Some people may prefer only short-term projects and we can find ways for you to help with a minimal time commitment.
Volunteers do so much for our Congregation! We salute every single one. We extend our sincerest appreciation. And we are not too shy to say that we have many more opportunities for members from all backgrounds and with all levels of experience to volunteer and contribute to the synagogue.
In whatever way you feel most comfortable, please help the congregation by giving of yourself. To discuss ways that you can begin to get involved, please contact our President, Reena Goldberg at reenag@templedavid.org or (412) 480-1420. We look forward to seeing more of you!
